According to the RCA's Students' Union blog, chosen letters will be on display in the Union for a two to three week period which will culminate in a "Bacchanal" on 11 December.
All the letters will be destroyed (shredded) and then recycled; turned into a "positive document" that, along with photographs of the process, will be framed and hung somewhere in the college.

Interesting concept but I can't join in - some people don't read reviews of their work, I don't keep rejection letters. Who needs all that negativity hanging around?
I like the conept of the 'positive document' though...
I wonder if they're up for acceptances where the publication has then proceeded to fold. I've almost as many of those as rejections.
What a glorious idea. It's almost a pity that I consign the opinions of people who've rejected me to Room 101 too, really...
