Inconvenience store

Waitrose. Website. Is. Rubbish.

I work pretty much half of my living online. Yet I can't even work out how to register on the site. Surely Ocado could have given the old grey-hairs at Waitrose just a smidgen of guidance on designing a decent ecommerce website. Idiots. I'm tempted to look at the LIDL site and compare the experience! Gah and indeed Fah!

We don't all have veggieboxes delivered direct to our door see, even if we try very hard to get them! How many exclamation marks? Aliya will be so proud.

Someone is telling you something.

Maybe it's "walk to the shop and buy your own groceries"...

God, Tim, how twentieth century.

I don't get the fifteen quid off then either.

Customer service got back to me. What they suggested doesn't work. (And no, it wasn't 'go to the shop yourself' but I shall now be doing so tomorrow. There goes Saturday morning.

I find Waitrose is less busy on Sunday than Saturday (a haunt of traditionalists who've never really got their heads around Sunday opening). You can be in and out in 20 minutes (although as you say, no £15 quid off - the price of a couple of pints of milk in Waitrose...)

Actually, I find Waitrose pretty reasonable, price-wise. It's when you get distracted by the organic biccies or the smoked salmon that you're in trouble. The worst you have to contend with in Asda is 3000 Kitkats for the price of 2.

And I found the Waitrose website perfectly lovely. So there.
